Browser vs. app

Two ways to play.

The browser is for jumping into a friend's room from any device. The app is where the full game lives.

FAQ

A few common questions.

Can I use my Skip Coin balance in the browser?

Yes — sign in with Apple in both places and your Skip Coin balance, match history, friends list, achievements, and deck-skin inventory all sync through the same server.

Why doesn't the browser have voice or video chat?

Voice and video use LiveKit through native iOS / macOS plumbing. We may bring it to the browser later — for now, use the app if you want to talk at the table.

Do I need an Apple ID to play in the browser?

No, you can play as a guest. But signing in is the only way to keep your Skip Coins, match history, friends, and deck skins between sessions.

Is the iOS app free? Are there ads?

Free to download, free of ads, and free of subscriptions. Optional in-app Skip Coin packs are available if you want to skip the grind, but the full game (including Battle Mode, all bots, all multiplayer, voice + video chat, friends, achievements, and earning coins by playing) is free.

What is Battle Mode?

A second multiplayer (and solo) mode alongside Classic. Every two build piles you finish arms an attack — you pick a card from your hand and shoot it into any opponent's stockpile at a random non-top index. The card lands buried, so it doesn't change their next play, but it pushes their stockpile top further from the finish line.
